Need to level the floor, had someone come last week and he said self leveling compound no go needs pva and screed etc to level it out.

To lay an area of floor of approx 4M square. I have already purchased the tiles and they are approx 150mm x 75mm. The tiles are to be laid on top of an underfloor heating mat which will be sat on a waterproof membrane as one half of the room is being water proofed for the shower which has a wetroom tray fitted. The tiles will have to be carefully fitted on the tray as each side has a subtle gradient down into the drain. The tiesl will also need to grouted white. Both adhesive and grout will be provided. There is no toilet, pedastal or anything to cut round. Where the shower tray finishes I would like a 6" mosiac strip laid from wall to wall across the middle of the floor. To tile a 10ft x 16ftconservatory with granite tiles, ( I have purchased all the tiles adhesive and grout). 6 of the tiles will need to have a 45 mm hole cut in the middle to accommodate floor led lights. I have a bathroom that requires re-tiling. Currently 3 walls are only half tiled above the bath but I am considering installing a shower attachement so will need the walls fully tiled. The sanitaryware will be removed to allow access but the bath will have been put in position to allow the tiling to be done around it.

I would ideally like the work done some time in August.

I would like someone to come an measure up and give 2 quotes - one for replacing what is already tiled and the other to include the full wall tiling. I would also like someone to advise on how many tiles and border I will need.

The Bathroom will be stripped by my plumber in total there will be about 8 square meters of tiling required, I can provide all tiles and grout. I have a budget of £300 for the labour cost.
