I need some bathroom tiling done. I have an existing tiled area of 7 sq metre (including a corner) that needs to be renewed. There is one shower mixer tap that will need to be tiled around as well as the bath and a sink with pedestal. The joint between the tiles and bath will need to be sealed properly. I want two quotes, one quote for the whole job including removing the old tiles and one quote for the job without cost of removing old tiles.

I will supply the tiles, grout, adhesive and trim. The Tiles are Ceramic 25 x 33 cm in size.

We had our bathroom refurbished last year and have had no end of problems since. The grout in the floor tiles keeps coming up and the tiles move when you walk on them (he didn't level the floor first). Also, the quality of the wall tiling is really poor (uneven and badly grouted). I also suspect a leak from behind the stud wall where the shower parts are hidden (kitchen ceiling has water marks that are growing and the side of the stud wall at the bottom is going mouldy). All in all a very poor job that we paid cash in hand for and the guy has disappeared off the face of the earth. We would like all of this redoing.
