There are three separate jobs in our house. We have two spare bedrooms so if you need overnight accommodation etc we can provide this at no charge for the length of time you stipulate for the job.
Job one:

Refit the bathroom - bath, toilet and washbasin in exactly the same place as existing - freestanding not wall hanging - only difference is there will be a washbasin cupboard unit. Remove existing half height tiles to half the side of the bathroom - replace with floor to about ceiling tiling - it is 2.17 metres by 2.2 metres with door and large window and to about 1.5 metres everywhere else. There is a large ready built unit for the toilet and washbasin which covers one wall so that area does not need tiling.

Job 2

Refit downstairs small loo and washbasin- replace existing loo and handbasin - 1.5 metre height tiling of walls. Box in round pipes and tile.

Job 3

Retile and refit ensuite. This is a very tiny ensuite - only about 1.3 metres wide and 2.17 long. Full height tiling. Replace shower, sink and loo.

We are looking for the most cost effective 'face lift' for the property - tiles are good sized 200x100 s from Wicks. There will be a simple single border tile running through the middle.

Flooring will be lino - fitted separately - do not include in quote.

Please quote for labour plus consumables (grout etc) All tiles, sanitary fittings, baths, showers etc will be provided including plumbing fittings.

WINCHESTER Bathroom is L shaped, with a floor area of approx 46 square feet. We have travertine tiles (400 x 400 and 400 x 600) to go on the floor and on the walls up to +/- 1m height. Existing wall tiles removed. Floor needs backer board supplying/ laying first. Can you please quote a) tiling only (incl adhesive BUT NO GROUT) and b) supply of backer board and tiling (incl adhesive BUT NO GROUT). We will grout as the tiles need to be sealed first before grouting. Must be used to handling travertine/ other stone and have cutting tools appropriate to this material.

Tiler, to tile wall and floor (plus bath panel) to bathroom, cloakroom and ensuite wetroom for seven new builds. Work to commence strictly in two weeks, 5 September 2011. Please do not apply unless you can meet this timescale.

Each new build should take two weeks to tile and you will be required to move to each plot following behind other trades. The duration allocated for the work is fourteen weeks and all works should be completed by 9 December 2011. The contract will dictate no day rate and a sum of £1600.00 will be paid for each plot in three stages. The work will be checked and any corrections will be completed within your own time, evening or weekend, to keep the build on schedule.

Site rules apply at all times and this will be determined strictly by the developer and builder. An induction will be offered on the first day and you will be required to arrive 30 min early for this.

Hours will be 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday and this is non negotiable to avoid delays to other trades.

Two references are required and an option to view previous work.

Payment is made by bacs and we will require your UTR, N. Insurance number, and bank details prior to commencing on site. You must also be registered for CIS.

Please apply only if you are in a position to start work on Monday 5 September and continue through until 9 December 2011. The work would suite a team of two.

All materials are provided and you will be asked weekly to check stock. Please take into account, one weeks notice must be given to allow sufficient time to order replacement stock from suppliers.

Tiles on end wall of shower cubicle have cracked where they span a joint between plasterboard and plywood. Therefore the old tiles need removing, the wall needs to be stabalised with a sheet of ply of similar, and tiling replacing. Wall is 900 wide by ~2200 high.
