Small water leak through to floor below, which has stopped once tiling has been covered in a large plastic sheet, from shoulder height to shower tray.
Have tried resealing, but this hasn't helped, so think we need the lot re-grouting.

Strip out old grout (to shoulder height, or to ceiling if that won't work) and sealant, regrout and seal.
Preserve existing tiles.
Also one existing tile to be placed and grouted in above toilet in same room.
