Bathroom will require tiling onto Ply floor and newly plastered walls. Kitchen has units installed and bathroom has just first fix plumbing. We're in Westcliff.

We have inherited an old bathroom which was tiled in 1930. It is a small room but we are keen to retain the existing tiles as we want all the old features to remain . We will then have the old bath re-enamelled but have been advised to deal with tiling first.. There are obviously odd chips on the tiles which we know cannot be remedied. The grouting is dark and very narrow . There is now a shower over the bath and we think perhaps some complimentary tiling would be right here as the plaster gets wet and crumbles.
After the re-enamelling of the bath we will need a new shower screen fitted and any other finishing off as necessary.

I have bought the tiles which are 250x400mm in size and a thin border tile to go round the middle. the area to tile is about 14 square metres. i may also want the floor tiled with some larger tiles but i havent decided if i am going to do this bit yet so if you could price for the walls only and let me know how much it will be with the floor ontop. the floor area is only about 3m and the toilet and sink will be removed so you wont have any obsticles to cut round other than acouple of pipes. i also have the adhesive and grout so other than the tools i should have everything needed.

Bathroom is quite small, about 8ft by 8ft. There is a bath (with shower) toilet, sink and also an airing cupboard. Ideally would like floor to ceiling tiles on the walls (about half the wall space is currently tiles, the rest has been recently re-plastered) and the floor.
