Kitchen floor needing tiling - 18 m2. Has 10 m2 underfloor heating mat which I can wire in. Needs self levelling compound applied on top of the heating mat and then be tiled over. I have tiles, levelling compound and tile adhesive.

Tiles are 330mm x 330mm

We have materials, require labour only.

Looking to start mid/late the week of 1st May.

We had a leak under our concrete floor and a small area of quarry tiles had to be dug up and removed. This area needs to be re-tiled. Plus there are some broken tiles around the edges of the original area which need to be removed before re-tiling. We have the tiles, just need someone to fit them

Tile the kitchen wall spaces below using standard white brick tiles (20cm x 10cm) and black grout. I have the former but still to source the latter - in part because unsure which is the best.
