I need someone to replace a deteriorating stone brick above a window lintel on the 1st floor of my home.

Since I can't access the stone in question, I am unable to provide exact measurments. My guess would be width: 400mm, height: 150mm.

I believe this damage to be allowing water ingress into the master bedroom so I'd like the repairs to be done as soon as possible.
