I live in a large victorian house in Clevedon which has been split into 8 flats. There are four floors and there are two double story bays. One of the bays has been replaced with pre cast stone. I am the treasurer of our housing association and we need the other bay replaced. OK we would like the bay replaced with real bath stone but we not have the funds. We do have funds for a pre cast job and all in the house agree and will be satisfied with that solution.
