The burglar alarm system is very tempremental and goes off randlomly (very loudly) for no apparent reason. All of the equipment is in place as it was prior to this problem starting and nothing appears to be damaged. Each of the alarms is till in place and they are all cabled correctly. It was suggested that the bateries may be low and this may have caused the problem however I have changed all the batteries and continue to get the same problem.

Require someone to inspect the system and correct any problems. I suspect it is a problem with one of the sensors on the patio door where it was forced open and now doesn't align properly.

Before having anyone look at the job I would like some pricing for a call out charge based on the job being fixed in 1/2 hours. Clearly if the problem were more serious then we would agree an additional fee for work to be completed.

Hopefully only labour will be required and no additional parts.
