Hi there.

I seem to have damp coming through at ceiling level in my front bedroom.
After looking at the roof from the outside I see there is damage to the roof from the heavy snow/ wind and general bad weather.
The lead flash seems to be flapping about on the gable end.
I'm not sure if this is the culprit or if there's further problems.
I'm needing a quote for my insurance company to determine if they'll cover it under storm damage.
If they won't I still need the job doing so would like someone to come and take a look ASAP.

I recently cleared out my loft space in order to have insulation fitted. I have been advised that before this is fitted the loft space needs to be ventilated.

The loft space covers approximately 100 square meters. Although the building itself is Victorian I believe a lot of work was done on the roof around 5 years ago. The roof is a pitched roof with slate tile.

I own a house at , Wesley Street, Wakefield which I've previously rented out but which is currently up for sale. As it is not selling I am considering taking it off the market, doing some work on it and then letting it out again.
This all depends on the cost of the works required.

Hi we are looking for a trustworthy roofer to come and quote on a 1900 brick semi detached house. There are several things that need doing, the main one being re-roofing the utility. The coping is loose on the main roof and flashing is missing from some of the chimneys. There are some slate repairs that need doing as well.
