We have recently bought a house in Crawley, West Sussex. The house is about 110 years old, it has a roof which looks sound but there are some decorative tiles hung on the front and back of the house. At the front there are 3 missing in particular, we believe it may be where someone has previously put a ladder against the front of the house and broken them off.
There was some rotten timber at the front too but this was only small and has been rectified - it is away from where these tiles are missing.
The house is just 2 storey and the tiles are missing just above the bedroom window. The main roof is pitched

Bungalow - ladder but no scaffolding needed. One piece of gutter down and needs replacing. Corner pieces sagging. Could all do with a clean. Be interested in quotes for both the obvious repairs and for re-doing the guttering as a whole. Additionally, couple of tiles have slipped and need re-setting. Please note parking near property can be difficult - on a main road with traffic lights immediately outside entrance. Should be OK outside rush hour to load and unload just a little way up road (no actual yellow lines, but not a good place to stay for long).
