Hi, my house is around 100 yr old but the roof is newer than that, i estimate from the 80s, There is currently a whole in the concrete filling between my roof and the neighbour's roof (on the front of the house, cover is slates) which needs fixing, as well as the chimney seems to need some of those metal brackets put in.Also at the back the roof has leaked and made a hole through the ceiling of the bathroom and the roof and ceiling will need fixing ( the cover of the roof there seems to be felt...). Scaffolding will be needed I was told. If you can also refit my bathroom ( new bath, toilet, sink and retile ), that'd be ideal.
