This is a three storey victorian property and the valley in the roof is leaking, also damp is coming in on the chimney breast where the lead flashing appears to be faulty. This job will likely need scaffolding to be put up and whilst this is in place we would like both chimney stacks to be re-pointed and the flaunching replaced. Also some work to the soffits will be required along with some additional minor roof repair.

We have a small leak which is coming through the sitting room ceiling due to heavy rain. The roof is relatively new and we believe the rain is coming through a small section where a join is and has been sealed rather than covered by roofing tiles. Access can be obtained through the attic (which is empty) but the entrance is above a stairwell and needs a long ladder.
