I am about to complete on a property buy next week and are keen to have someone to come out and inspect the roof and give a quote for the work. I have not been up to the roof but can see that some roof tiles are sliding on the lower part of the roof. Also the board under the overhang of the roof have seen better days and will need replacing/repairing.
I can not really give details about measurement, scaffolding requirements but looking you as a professional will have to advise me on what will be required.

I have a grade 2 listed property in SE London which has a nasty leak in one of the bedrooms and ensuite bathroom, affecting the ceiling and one internal wall. I have been advised I need total replacement of the tiles/slates on my roof as they're on the whole 'defective'. There are many awkward details, these are mentioned in the buyers specification. Easily accessible with scaffolding. I also have other flat roofs that need replacing/repairing, but would like to get advice on this. All works need to be traditional as recommended by the council due to age of property, also the newer systems look awful to street. I want to move fairly quickly on this with the weather being as it is, as I'm anxious to limit further internal damage/repair.

We have a mid terrace house - 4 floors but on the top floor there is a parapet with access through the topfloor windows. I have an old garage with approximate dimensions of 25 foot by 9.5 feet. The original roof was removed as it was made of asbestos. What I am looking for is a new roof to be put on the garage- I am not fussed on what type material is used- as it is only a garage.The garage is a concrete construction with existing pitched concrete framework that supported the old roof every 6 foot apart. My roof needs to be retiled with natural slate tiles. the roof is shared with neighbour so only my half needs to be done. Guttering is fine so changes needed there. There is a small outhouse at the back which needs to be retiled with the same tiles as well.
