Surveyors report suggested that the verge mortar/cement bedding to the left hand flank wall and to the right hand verge of the main roof coverings have cracked and become dislodged. They need urgent replacing to prevent debris falling and potentially injuring someone. Will need scaffolding due to height of roof.
Other quotes would be useful for new kitchen, bathrooms etc.
