tiled roof on my mum's 2 bed bungalow has lost its cement over the years - especially in the valleys - some tiles dislodged and broken leaving holes - roof tiles old and fragile - so water comes pouring through the kitchen - we discovered this when replacing the kitchen units and it is currently covered by a tarpaulin - we need to have the whole roof assessed to make sure it is safe and estimates for making it sound and reparing the damage - damage can be seen from the ground and from the flat garage roof

Im not sure how many but at least one tile is missing from my roof and due to the snow it has melted into my loft which has wet all the insulation and has leaked through my stairs and landing ceiling. Hi,

Our guttering that runs down the side of the house needs replacing. Its bowed with no fall so water runs off the back rather than going down the down pipe. Its difficult to get ladders up as high as the guttering as there is only a narrow path, then a fence. I have been advised its likely to need scaffolding to get up there to replace. Prefer not to put scaffolding up if at all possible. Is it something you could replace with rope access? Can send you pictures if that would help.
