Some higher gullies need to be cleared, the sub-sills repaired and re-throated, and a timber wallplate to the flank wall removed and the cement fillets replaced with lead flashing. Some cracked tiles also need to be replaced.

We have had a long-standing leak in our first floor roof when it rains. It's a Victorian house. We'd like someone to take a look at it and patch up. We'd also like the gutters cleared while you're here, if possible.

We have a mid terrace house - 4 floors but on the top floor there is a parapet with access through the topfloor windows. There seems to be a leak from the little flat roof which forms the floor of the parapet into the thrid floor bedroom. Contactors came to sort it a year ago but the leak came back.
