Rain finding its way into the bathroom around the joint of the wall around the soil pipe and the ceiling. It is a small and occasional leak presumably dependent on the weather direction. I have had a split in the flashing around the soil pipe vent in the roof repaired & the leak is now less frequent, but still there. I assume either the flashing need replacing and/or the ridge tiles need re-mortering.

Lead flashing has come off one of the chimneys on the roof of a terrace house. Water is coming into the attic. The flashing is still on the roof, but it needs moving since it's a potential hazard (might fall on somebody's head). I'm not sure whether a new one is needed, or whether the old one can be put back.

Access from back should be ok with a ladder and roof ladder. Ladder can be brought in through the back gate.
