We have two areas of roof that are leaking and causing damage to the interior of the house. One area in the bathroom extension you can see there is a gap between roof and tiles of about an inch plus with damage to the boarding behind guttering and the other area at the front of the house we are not able to access to assess though this may be an issue with guttering. We would like a professional opinion on the problem and a free quotation if possible. We are eager to get this done as soon as possible.

Hi,

We've currently got a working upstairs bathroom extractor fan venting into the loft-space (which we don't use due to build up of condensation). We're looking for someone to vent it outside, maybe through the soffit or through a tile? (advice required!)

The house was built circa 1996. I wasn't sure if this would be in the remit of a roofing specialist or general builder.

The current fan works, but it might be worth quoting work with a new replacement fan in case the current one isn't powerful enough.

The old concrete flashing over my porch is letting water through to run down the outside wall and French doors. I'd like it replaced ideally with lead flashing. It's perhaps 2 metres in total. I'd also like a quote (when viewed on site) for possibly replacing the slates with reclaimed ones, and fitting a short piece of guttering so that I can install a water butt.
