Hi,
My fiancee and I really need the guttering fixing/replacing above our conservatory! We've just moved in and found that water is dripping down on to the conservatory roof where the guttering has come apart. Our garden is south facing and I gather this may be the cause?
Also, the fascias don't appear to be in great condition and I would be interested in obtaining an additional quote for their replacement, preferably with uPVC. They are currently wood.

We've discovered a small leak in our roof, in the valley between two adjoining sections of roof. It's caused some damp staining to the ceiling in one upstairs room.
