I have an old garage with approximate dimensions of 25 foot by 9.5 feet. The original roof was removed as it was made of asbestos. What I am looking for is a new roof to be put on the garage- I am not fussed on what type material is used- as it is only a garage.The garage is a concrete construction with existing pitched concrete framework that supported the old roof every 6 foot apart. My initial thoughts were for a corrogated bituman roof to put up which would require either wooden sheeting put up as additional support or an enhanced framework build to support the lightweight bituman sheeting. Happy to supply photos to interested parties . As it is a outbuilding I am not looking for a bells and whistles solution.

This is a three storey victorian property and the valley in the roof is leaking, also damp is coming in on the chimney breast where the lead flashing appears to be faulty. End of terrace house which has damp/moisture coming through the top corners of the upstairs walls. There is a significant amount of condensation on the walls which is causing the wallpaper to come off and some water marks can be seen. There's no evidence of water in the attic so I think the issue must be with the roof. Ladders would be required.

I've started a balcony extension and the current set up has a section of 9 inch single layer breeze blocks capped with coping stones as per the pictures. The main job listed here is to remove those breeze blocks and to repair that section to blend in with the flat roof which was built in 2006 with some sort of rolled out roof covering then hot ashphalted mopped on, I can't be sure though so correct me if I'm wrong on that.

My main aim is waterproofing it and it being at the same horizontal level as the existing roof. It'll be covered later with decking so it doesn't matter that it won't look the same.

Also we have some water penetration at the front of the house and I'd like to have that properly repaired in the same job.

The job is easily accessed by internal stairs and it's easy to climb over the roof to work on the front section. The neighbour has had the same problem & recently repaired it so I've added a pic as an example of what I'm also aiming for. I have matching paint so the finish isn't the issue but the waterproofing is.

I need a receipt at the end of the job and am in the housing maintenance trade myself so I'm not looking for ambitious prices, something sensible with an aim to getting the job done soon.

There's controlled parking in the street but I can supply day cards, but they cost £7 each for the full day versus about £16 for feeding the meter.

I have 2 water tanks on my roof terrace that sit in a box covered with roofing felt. I'd guess it's about 2x2m. The top has decayed somewhat and had to be removed by me to perform some minor repairs to the water tanks. The new top of the box ideally needs to articulate to allow access to the water tanks, yet still obviously be weatherproof.
Access is easy and it is on my roof terrace so scaffolding would not be required.
