I need a roof inspection carried out and written estimates of the work to be done. I have arranged for access to the house to carry out the inspection before I move in.

Hi,
There appears to be a small damp area in the loft under the roof (the fabric that lines the inside of the roof tiles?), possibly caused by a leak in the roof tiles at the corner, need a rough quote to have a look to confirm if there's a problem or not and to fix it. Obviously an accurate quote cannot be given without a proper look, but want a rough idea for removing & replacing a few tiles & fixing the possible leak.

Just to confirm, it is the roofing felt under the tiles that is torn, in the far corner at the base from the eaves upwards. About a 2 foot square area probably needs replacing.
