A tile on the edge side of our pitched roof has slipped exposing a gap.
It's a semi-detached but this is not on the joining side, there's space for getting a ladder to gain access, the tile is at the front of the house so no special access is needed.
It's a standard 2 story house.

We have only noticed the tile today; I do not think it has been slipped for long and I was in the roof only 2 days before hand, there were no signs of leaking or rotting timbers.

We own the property and are on good terms with the neighbours

Some tiles have broken off so need removal before replacement. Approximately 12-15 all on the same side of the roof but not in one patch. I'd like the work done in the next few weeks. You'd need to come and look to decide whether it can be done from ladders or whether scaffolding is necessary.
