At another address we have to have one half of the roof refitted with breathable felt and new battens and the old concrete tiles refitted where good and any damaged ones replaced. There are solar panels on this roof so the installer needs to know how to disconnect, lift and reconnect panels. As the panels are large it will require scaffolding and 2 people as the wind can snatch the panel out of your hands if not held securely. There is a leak caused by the solar panel installers walking on the roof but was probably due to battens being old and worn. This job is in Hatfield.

Both jobs need doing asap.
