The guttering on the front of the house (No 23) was replaced some years ago and rain overflows or goes behind the guttering at the junction of the main run (left when looking at the house, over the front door) and the bay window. The rains hits the window lintels and has soaked the bricks causing penetrating damp. Another tradesman cleared the guttering and supposedly reset the guttering but this had made no difference. I would like a diagnosis and a price to fix the problem. You can access the front of the house from the front yard. Thanks.

Gutters to the front and back of my property are both leaking quite badly. The property is a two storey Victorian House there is no evidence of water damage inside the property as yet. The gutters leak when raining heavily. The front gutter leaks in two places - one over the bedroom bay window and the other to the side of the gable. The back gutter is coming away from the fascia in one corner and there is a leak over the back bedroom window. Ladders will be needed unsure about scaffolding. I would appreciate a quotation for the work that needs to be done. Would like the work done within the next few months and before we expect any future down pours like last summer.
