Nail fatigue has caused tile slippage in bottom 9 rows, most pronounced in one small area. Some spalling owing to north aspect and age. It is single storey and easily accessed by ladder or small tower.

Option 1 - remove tiles from lower section, felt, batten and re-use tiles (allowing for some replacements of which I have a small stash)
Option 2 - remove tiles from whole face of roof, leaving bonnet tiles which are fairly stable, ditto above.

The lower part of a tiled roof valley is leaking and I suspect lead fatigue. The existing cast iron gutter below this valley leaks but being 120 yrs old is probably at the end of its useful life and needs repalcing in black plastic. The down pipe is already plastic.
Another gutter near to it, a newer plastic one, is blocked and also needs one new bracket as it seems the installer tried to use the wrong type of bracket!
