There is a small, flat roof (about 8 ft off the ground, roughly 3 x 15 ft dimensions) needs re-felting, new timber fascias, new flashing. The main roof of the house needs tiles repointed. A small section of roofing felt on the main roof has come down inside the attic and needs to be replaced.

Leak on a Victorian house pitched slate roof needs repairing. Roof was replaced 10 years ago but I think subsequent work on a chimney damaged slates leading to the leak. So not a major but a job that certainly needs doing!

Hello,

During the recent wet and windy weather I was working in the loft and noticed that two small drips were forming on the timber adjacent to the chimney stack. I thought that perhaps some mortar had come loose. The rafter adjacent to the timber was also slightly wet, but appears to be sound. I would like a quotation for the leak to be investigated and fixed please.
There is also a single broken tile beneath the roof overhanging the gable end that needs replacing please.
The above jobs are a priority, but I would also like a quotation for possible replacement of a flat roof in the near future please.

There has been a build up of mould and condensation over the winter at one end of the attic cavity. We are led to believe this is as a result of ventilation and would like to receive additional quotes for the following specification:
1. Remove ridge tiles and retain for re-use
2. Relay ridge using Marley Dry Ridge system
3. Clean mould from interior rafters using recommended disinfectant
4. To stick top of course of slates on Mansard Roof with gripfill to stop wind movement.

The rood is accessible via the upstairs windows with a recessed ledge. Scaffolding shouldn't be required.

I have a tall chimney stack on an extension at the back of my house which is too tall and also needs repointing on my neighbours side. I would like about 19 courses of brickwork removed and the pots put back on although neither chimney is in use.

Recent winds have caused some verge slates on the front left gable edge to move and one roof slate to front centre appears to be missing.

The top bracket to the rear downpipe is broken.

The property is a three storey, end terrace house about 10 years old.

Although there is a property attached to the left hand gable it is offset and is a two storey dwelling. The verge is accessible.
