We live in a Victorian terraced house with a concrete-tiled roof in Wolverton. I don't think either of these are big jobs:

- There is a small leak into our loft - I cannot see any loose tiles and so it may be related to the lead joining.

- The guttering at the back of the house is also in need of replacing. I repair leaks in it every year, it is old, and - from what I can tell - wasn't well installed in the first place.

Can't see any obvious source for leak in the loft so may need some tiles replaced or some felt repaired. I have patched some felt in the loft far away from where this leak appears

House is a terraced one, circa 1969
