N.B. long edge is above 7m * 4m conservatory at back of house.

Recent winds have caused some verge slates on the front left gable edge to move and one roof slate to front centre appears to be missing.
The top bracket to the rear downpipe is broken.
The property is a three storey, end terrace house about 10 years old.
Although there is a property attached to the left hand gable it is offset and is a two storey dwelling. The verge is accessible.

Job Description
The underfelt has perished at points where it meets the edge of a wide, horizontal, lead lined valley, the width of the roof. Rain comes into roof space at the middle truss, 2' above valley height (lead level). Unsure whether patching will suffice or if all underfelt needs to be replaced. Leadwork is sound. 1st floor level, so easy external access via ladder. Easy access to internal roof space. Roof size 16' wide x 8' high. Age approx 40 years. Scaffolding not required. A few cracked clay tiles may need replacing (we have some). Quotes to include labour and materials.

Job Description
Door canopy/porch roof (approx 50 cm x 170 cm) was repaired with a piece of felt a few years ago. This 'melted' last summer, with bitumen dripping through the wood below. There is no flashing between the felt/canopy and the house. The job, to be carried out as soon as possible, would be to repair/replace the covering and to install flashing between canopy and the house to make it all weatherproof.

2 black roof tiles need to be replaced on the rear of a modern (2005 built) terraced house. The tiles have slipped, not sure if they are caught in the guttering or have been lost.
The tiles may not be natural slate - the are dark grey/black in appearance and were put up by the developers Miller Homes. Photo of the roof can be provided if that helps with providing a quote.
Ideally I'd like to have this fixed in the next couple of weeks.

A 1/3 width roof tile on the edge of the roof has slipped a couple inches. It is on the end of the 3rd row down from the apex of the roof and is beyond the reach of a normal double ladder.There is no resultant as it doesn't extend beyond the brickwork. The tile was clipped in place I suspest it was dislodge by nesting starlings
