We have an issue in our bathroom. It looks like the lintel (If there is one ) above the bathroom window is not supporting as there are some cracks in the plaster internally, and some of the tiles above the window frame (In window space) are coming away. In addition cracks can be seen in the outside brickwork. The building is 1930's in design and the brickwork is fully exposed externally.

We need a quote for someone to strip back the tiles, inspect the issue, and put right.
We think the skills of a builder are required with some internal decoration after.

The side of our porch is supported on a small newel system which in turn rests on a dwarf wall. The newel system is rotten and needs replacing. The porch roof will need to be supported whilst the newels are replaced (which is why it is not a DIY job).

We need 5 existing internal doors re-hanging as they are poorly fitting and not closing. They are old Victorian doors that have a surface mounted handle and latch so would like new "normal" handles installing also. One of the doors has warped so we would like to know if it could be fixed or renovated in any way to keep the match with the existing doors.
Finally, the next bit of joinery we need doing is the floorboards on the landing and bedrooms as they are uneven and need some repair work.
