We have just moved into a new house and it needs quite a bit of work doing on it to make it liveable. This is just some of the work that needs doing:

1 check and service boiler and ensure heating system working
inc showers .check fire and hob to ensure no leaks ,

2 inspection of electrics inc periodic report . fit 6no light
bayonet fittings and re-secure double socket to side of boiler
3 re-fit new fd30 door and casing inc 5 lever lock

4 block up internal / external hole where flue from where dryer has previously been

5 fit 2no curtain battens to lounge

6 seal / trim internally around sliding door to lounge - or possibly replace completely with french or new patio doors.

7 fit new fan to bathroom and re-secure radiator to wall

8 fit new radiator to kitchen

9 adapt kitchen to allow fridge to be placed by door and adapt tall fridge freezer housing to take new double oven .

10 replace shower tray and lower tiles as required and seal up to ensure no leakage . Replace fan

11 make good to plumbing below boiler and move stop tap inc
redundant pipework to below boiler

We would ideally like to be in by Christmas so would appreciate a quick response. Next year we will also need a full knock through and kitchen redesign and fit plus new windows.
