I currently have a wall between my kitchen and dining room that i would like removed size is 303cm. The wall in question is load bearing and as such needs supporting by an rsj or similar. The upstairs and rooms above this wall have been fully done (plastered and decorated) and above the wall is a bathroom with a 6ft mirror stuck to the wall. As such i would need someone insured if anything upstairs gets damaged and if possible not knock the wall down but cut it out with an angle grinder or similar. I have attached photos of both sides of the wall. The picture of the back door and the picture with the cabinets are shot from the kitchen side. I would also need the upvc back door removed and bricked up but can you please price for that separately.

I have a large radiator which was covered in about a billion layers of paint and was beginning to peel. A lot of paint came off easily but mainly it's hard work and the nitromors I have been using is only working to some effect. I understand that radiators can be removed, taken away and have the paint blasted off them. Can anyone do this? And fairly quickly? I need to have it donw in the next 3 weeks. Also how much would it be?
