This consists of two jobs:

* Replacement of the ceiling in the kitchen after water damage - (4m x 2m approx)

* Damp proofing an exterior wall at the back of the property (Wall section approx 4m wide)

The interior of this wall suffers from damp / mildew, so the brickwork needs damp proofing / treatment.

The house is a 1900s terraced house.

Repair to the stone/concrete ground floor bay window frame surround on a Tyneside flat.

There is frost damage from last winter (including a crack in one upright support) and general wear and tear as well the whole window surround requiring painting.
