I have an original 1950s/1960s kitchen that is in need of decorating, I am keeping the orginal cupboards. I would like for all the walls and ceiling to be plastered (part of these are Artexed). All walls, cupboards and woodwork to be painted. Walls to be partially tiled. The old worksurface removed and a new one fitted around the current ceramic sink. Finally, a laminate floor to be fitted.

The kitchen is approximately 3.8 x 3.2 m.

Probably need some gas and electrical work to relocate services and we would welcome a quotation for the complete job.

Clear rear yard and tidy (Small area)
Remove Rubbish. (Skips will be required)
New bathroom and tiling
New kitchen and tiling (including gas cooker and oven)
Prepare for decorating and then paint
Fit new gas fire and surround
Remove all rubbish at the end of the job and leave the house tidy.

Tradesman must be able to get on with job quickly and efficiently with minimum supervision.

The job must be completed to a good standard and payment will be made in stages when work has been completed.

Tradesman will only be considered if they have references and we are able to inspect previous work. Please do not respond if you are not capable of a good standard of work because we will not pay for shoddy workmanship. Thanks!

Need French doors cut out at back of the house.
Need old back door bricked up and a cavity wall installed in kitchen extension.
