I currently have a gas fire and surround in my lounge. I would like a quote to complete the following:

Remove fireplace / mantelpiece
Install a television on the chimney breast
Fix shelving into the chimney breast to hold sky box, DVD player etc...
Plaster the chimney breast
Skim ceiling in lounge (currently artex) - approx 5m x 7m

The gas fire will be disconnect prior to any work being undertaken

Can the quote please include all materials and removal

The painting and decorating of the lounge is also required and can be discussed separately if this is something you can also provide.
