Bricks have weathered quite considerably on front wall. I would like the wall to be rendered with a smooth finish to cover up this damage. Wall is approx 4 foot high (hard to measure as wavy on top) by 16 foot wide (width of 3 bed semi). Are there any workers out there who can offer a competitive quote and who is experienced in this type of work?

May I just add that the wall backs onto soil and therefore only the front of the wall is visable, so one side of the wall to render only. Thanks.

I've committed to having the front elevation of my house insulated and rendered by 'Whethertex'.
However I'd like to keep the relatively decorative brick arch (over the entrance) plus some brickwork to either side of the entrance. It's not in very good condition and needs work done to get it back to its former state of repair. Some of the bricks have 'blown' and some of the blue brickwork has been chipped away and looks as though it needs replacing.
I'd like a quote please for this to be done.
It's not a massive job I'm afraid but still does need to be done (well before 13th February, when the rest of the work will commence).

I'm looking to knock through between my kitchen and living room to make a large kitchen/diner. The job would also entail turning an existing understair cupboard into a small toilet (with sink). I'm happy for quotes on certain aspects of the job, as I'm happy to compare and use multiple tradesmen.

I have a plan which shows existing layout and what we would like the renovation to look like, and can provide on request.

We would like quotes now, so we can get finance in place in February/March, for an April start.
