As it stands expected work could include:

Windows and Sils repaired or replaced.
Window Surrounds repaired or replaced.
Doors and Frames reseated or replaced.
Bathroom, Toilet replacement required. (or possibly relocated also involving a room conversion,)
Kitchen Repaired / Finished. (Option dependent: replumbing)
Fuse box replacement and general rewiring electrical work.
Rotted plaster removed or repaired. (Horse Hair)
1 Fire place installation.
Some Floor Work.
Some Ceiling work

General striping/papering, painting & decorating.

We have an internal brick wall that we want covering so we can wallpaper, guess it needs to be dry lined if thats the correct term, with plasterboard and then plastering so we can wallpaper. Chimney breast approx 6ft and and two recess walls one about 3 ft and one about 4ft with a wood burner fireplace to work around.

Would also like some book shelves and a built in cupboard in the smaller reccess and some shelves in the larger recess.

Also some new sliding doors on cupboards in the hallway.

Possibly some bespoke corner shelving in the dining area dependant on how much money we have left, may have to be a later job.

House built in 1837 so not all walls are perfectly straight.

Job Description

Bike theives broke one of the vertical stair well railings in our tenement block to remove the lock and steal a bike. It has left a dangerous gap on the second floor that a small child could fit through so we need the vertical rail reinstated - the theif lef the peices so they are available if usable.

The gap currently has string tied over it to prevent anything falling through.
I'd like the job done on 1 or 2 June if possible.
