I don't have each measurement for any of the rooms which need doing so I would like a home visit so you can give us a rough estimate please, I have listed what needs to be done below:

Plastering - We need four rooms to be plastered, the hallway, one bedroom, the front room and the toilet. Each varying in size. We do have wallpaper on the walls so this would have to be stripped.

New bathrooms - We need our old bath taken out and a new one put in with a new basin and a saniloo preferably, we also have a toilet on its own where we would like a new toilet fitted with a basin.

Tiling - We need the kitchen wall tiled along with the kitchen and bathroom floor.
