Quote for insurance company
- Location: Camberwell
- Hired: William Bennett Construction Limited
- Trade: Restoration & Refurbishment
- Positive feedback on 23rd Apr 13
Job Description
I had a leak under a floor, now fixed. I've made an insurance claim, and now have a schedule of works that the insurance company are willing to pay for (which includes bathroom fitting/new floors/decoration/some building work). I need a quote for this work.
Note, I am not looking for someone to carry out this work (much is already done). I'm just looking for a theoretical quote to demonstrate to the insurers what the overall cost of putting things back how they were would have been.
What I therefore need is a price for each line of the schedule (there are 60 lines) and an overall price, presented professionally. If the schedule is accepted by the company, I will pay £100 or 1% of the value of the quote, whichever is higher; or feel free to make a different offer. I'm looking for someone who can do this asap.
I don't think it will be necessary to visit the property to produce the quote, as it's all theoretical and well described in the schedule. But we can arrange this if you want.
Thanks,
Matt
