remove vinyl from kitchen and bathroom, install waterproof mesh and tiles in bathroom and kitchen floors, Kitchen: 12’2” x 7’2”, bathroom 6' x 6'.
replace washbasin and toilet in bathroom, modern design, vanity cabinet above wash basin with built in digital clock and shaver charging point.

We are the home owners, looking for a start date end of next week from feb 21st.

We require a bathroom fitted and decorated, this includes installing waste pipe for a toilet where there is currently a bidet. Bathroom approx 2.5m x 3m. bath, toilet and sink.

Also we require the boiler to be moved downstairs to kitchen - directly below where it is and 3 radiators moved.

we have a wall between the lounge and dining room that we would like knocking down and the living room door to be plastered up. the wall is structural so will require an RSJ fitting. also require radiator moving to opposite wall and wooden floor cleared up where the wall currently is (both living and dining room have same wooden floors so the gap will need to be filed). house currently empty making it easier to do the work.
