About 2 square meters of plaster board ceiling collapsed, through water damage, whole ceiling may need replaced + possibly some wood work & polystyrene tiles to be replaced.

Hi,
I have small jobs so hope someone is interested.
1- Gutter leaking and came off it's bracket. Need to be put back and secure with sealent to make it water tight.
2- Upper window decorative lead has come off. Need to be replaced back under the window frame and secure with adhesive.

Possible other jobs subject to price and recommendation after viweing.
3- Door canopy need re-slopping to drain the water properly or some other solution. Need to change the light holder in the canopy as well.
4- External wall re-pointing
