Old piping in current kitchen also needs removing so gas safe plumber is required and qualified electrician for electrics in new kitchen and throughout.
Other jobs in the refurbishment will include: - electrics (new light switches/sockets installation, new light fittings, bathroom electrics such as fan extractor, etc) - decorating/painting throughout, - flooring (either solid oak floorboards or herringbone parquet flooring installation in living room (finishing/sanding lacquer might also be required is herringbone parquet is chosen), also new carpet to be laid in bedrooms.

1. Move the washing machine upstairs to the old airing cupboard and do the necessary plumbing to connect it (the water supply to the bath passes through this cupboard)

Ceilings and walls:
1. All of the downstairs ceilings (total approx 40 sq m) are textured and I would like them to be smooth. I do not know whether this is just a skim plaster job or something more.
