The flat roof above the bay needs potentially repairing as there is evidence of water penetration internally. The chimney breast in the dining room needs reskimming and ventilation grill needs inserting. Chimney stack requires some repointing and replacment of bricks and capping, lead flashings need repairing. The roof lining is torn in some areas and needs repairing, some parts of the guttering may need replacing. A couple of bricks have slipped in the arch above the bathroom window and this requires correcting.

I would like the quote to cover both materials and labour. I would like the quote to include a breakdown so that I can see how much each of these individual jobs is likely to cost.
