• Take down the existing lath and plaster in both front and dining room and hallway on the ground floor

• Install fiberglass insulation supplied by me in between floor joints and re-plasterboard and plaster

• Wall in the hallway to have a 1500mm opening made and existing single door to be blocked up

• Walls to be stripped of wallpaper, plaster, rebounded and re-plastered

• Floor: to be stripped of existing floorboards and two options here: (please advise – since I am cost conscious)

o Re-laid with marine ply or make a concrete floor – tiling will be done separately by my brother

• Stair case to be removed and install a new one approx 50 mm higher than existing ( I can supply the stair case )

For the electrics and small pluming – not much since the whole house has been rewired and heating plumbing has been done is to reposition some socket where possible and fit down lights ( I have plumber and electrical if necessary)

We would like to remodel our existing ensuite bedroom. This job includes removing existing partition walls and units in existing en-suite. Four small windows will need to be bricked up and a new partition wall fitted. The new ensuite will have a japanese style bath tub with shower mixer above it and shower screen.
