Job Description

Take down 3 lots of glass and wooden partitioning:
- first between kitchen and office (was dining room) approx. 2m x 1m
- second between office and hall, upwards from floor approx. 2.5m x 2m
- third between hall and lounge, upwards from floor approx. 1.5m x 2m

Replace with plasterboard wall and skim to whole of walls affected - ensure kitchen wall has appropriate fire-rating to British Standards.

The dormer window surrounds (3 of them) were rendered over plywood, and the render has come off and ply become exposed. Finish the tiling of a bathroom – we’re missing the tiling behind the sink and the floor under the sink. We also need to fix the flush on the toilet as the button has stopped working – I suspect it just needs putting back together – but not quite sure how to do it.

Hall way
Fit a door to the under stairs cupboard – we need to have a small door made and fitted – and the surround of it made to look nice

Lounge, bathroom
Light fittings – we have spotlights throughout the house that need to be pushed back into the ceiling – but the holes are too small – we need someone to make them longer

Kitchen
We need to have some splashback tiles fitted along the edge of the kitchen worktop. We also need a corner taking off a shelf

Door handles
We need 3 door handles fitting to various indoor doors
