8. Build new fitted wardrobes (plan on B&Q Cooke & Lewis Single + Corner + Double with 3 dwr linen under, with plinth and cornice all round) (we'll supply unless you can get at discount)
9. Will be having new carpet and underlay to be fitted after but if you can do that too please let us know.

We need someone who can plaster, sort out plumbing, damp proof, fit tiles (wall and floor) and supply and fit new bathroom suite, incl. shower cubicle. Please, only serious need reply.

We are looking to move house and would like to make our basement more of a useable space for potential buyers - we are looking to keep costs low as this will be purely for the purpose of selling the property.

Ideally we would like a visit to discuss the exact work to take place as we would appreciate suggestions, however the sort of work we are looking to do is as follows:

1. Plumbing; The basement has all plumbing flowing through it, and due to previous poor workmanship has had a number of leaks. We would like a qualified plumber to inspect the plumbing and make any necessary repairs/changes.

2. Electrics; we would like 10 halogen lights installed into the ceiling of the basement and 2 sets of plug sockets installed.

3. Ceiling and flooring; we would like some of the ceiling panels and floor panels replaced (these have become mouldy following the leaks that have occurred) and to have a Vinyl flooring put down.

4. Carpentry; The above is the bare minimum of what we require, however there is some other work which we would like to discuss with quoters. There is likely to be some carpentry to put in some false walls and also some paint work.

This is a 1750s grade 2 listed property so we do not want to do any work which would require planning permission. A quote should include labour and materials seperately - there are some materials that we have which we're left behind by the previous owner.
