We would like some advice on where we can fit a dishwasher in our Kitchen. The kitchen is relatively new (fitted by previous owners) but they did not install a dishwasher so we would like to know where one can be fitted and what size dishwasher to buy. I have a very unpleasant smell emanating from behind the washing machine. Having looked at the overflow pipe - which is smelling and gunky it seems to be coming from there, but my investigative capabilities stop there - I can't disconnect the pipe further down. I would like this done ASAP since the smell is bad and my clothes are coming out smelling of this too. yuk! I can be around on Monday, Wednesday, possibly early Thursday and early Friday. Recently moved into a house and have noticed a patch on the ceiling getting slowly bigger - have removed carpet around the upstairs radiator and can't see an obvious 'drip', but the underlay and pine floor boards are clearly damp. Needs investigating! Might be an old leak that has dampened the boards and is now coming through....just not sure.

One toilet is the pipe filling the urinal, either the urinal has moved or something on this pipe. The 2 toilet similar though we cannot find the leak totally. Also we have 2 loose tapes. And another item that may be too hard to do.

I have bought a new bath mixer tap and would like it fitted. I already have the bath panel off and the back-nuts of the current taps can be easily removed. Thats as far as I am prepared to go!

The stopcock also needs looking at as it doesn't seem to completely turn the water off when turned. Some water still comes through.
