The bath/basin waste pipe leaks in 2 places (one under the bath, another where pipe passes out through exteral wall). You need to be good with carpentry as well because pipework has been 'securely' boxed in with nice woodwork by a previous builder. I would like this taken off and replaced without visible damage and could you alter the fixings to provide easier access to pipework in future please? Plus replace taps and plug hole to basin in bathroom. I'm looking for a competent, neat and economical tradesperson.

We have a small bathroom with a toilet and shower over the very small bath. Also a separate small toilet next door with a wash hand basin.

We want the bath removed and a shower cubical with a seat installed. Also some tiling would need to be done, floors and walls if we can afford it. The room measures 4 foot 10 x 6 foot 11 inches.
In the separate toilet we would like the toilet and hand basin removed and a washing machine plumbed into that room.

We also have a dishwasher which needs to be plumbed in.

There is a heated towel rail type radiator, on the wall in the conservatory. We would like this removed and a small regular radiator put in.
