Hi, I'm wondering if you are interested in 2 small jobs in my house.
1, Detaching old dishwasher and install new one. The water supply is attached to water softener and we are not able to take it off ourselves.
2, Changing a flush valve and handle in downstairs toilet.

Install a new external tap connected to the mains feed under the kitchen sink. The location will be virtually straight through the wall where the main feed is located although we may want to move it a meter or so along.

We unfortunately flushed a large amount of tissue down the toilet and it is now blocked. We have tried liquid dissolvers and an auger but it is still blocked. It is in the toilet in the en-suite. The shower plughole is also affected as the water doesn't drain. All our other plumbing in the house is fine (the other bathroom, kitchen etc). I need bathroom basin mixer taps replacing.
I have already bought the replacement taps, it is simply a like for like swap.
The pipes leading to the taps both have shut off valves, making life a bit easier.
I can send photos of old and new taps if required.
No urgency. Just need the job done at a reasonable rate.

We have a single radiator in our kitchen. It isn't warm enough to heat the room. We want to replace this for a double radiator that is slightly longer. We are in the process of ordering the new radiator and need a qualified plumber to fit it.

I've got a problem with my kitchen taps. The water pressure is very low. The taps are pretty new, but they were working well for a few months, before they stopped. I hoped someone could have a look to see what the problem is. I had someone from the water board round and he couldn't see a problem.

1. I had a small drip through the ceiling recently and need pipework checking and any leak fixed (possible leak in roof being checked separately.
2. Mains stopcock also drips despite tightening up at various times. Possible to replace?
3. Pipe 'drop' needs moving into corner of room before boxing in prior to decorating.
4. Water pressure in bathroom and in hot water system generally is low. I would like to improve this - possibly fit a pump (would need any electrical work doing as well)?
