attempted to change my bath mixer taps for some new ones i have brought, cna only undo one tap other is in a risticted space and i can not undo , whille attempting tap chane noticed the pipe from the over flow was split and that the plug hole pipe was leaking

Yesterday discovered half of outhouse floor behind Victorian terraced house(the half nearest adjoining property)is wet.Nothing seems to be wet above floor level and cannot see where water may be coming from.Flashing and some new tiles were put on to outhouse roof only a month or so back. I have asked neighbours and they have no water problem on their side.Don't know who to call about this, as I don't know if this is a roofing/ brickwork/ underground cause. I have called my insurers and they advised me to call a plumber or a roofer, so trying plumber first.
